“Mr Workman and I have spoken a couple of times since he gave us estimates for the work we need to do. He was punctual, courteous, and very clear about what he could do and his expectations of payment. We are not ready to go forward with the work just yet but plan to hire Mr Workman for when we are ready. In comparison his estimates seemed quite reasonable and he also called to follow up which was impressive.”
